Biography
George Aloysius Chapman was born to John and Susan Baglin Chapman on 22 Apr 1889 in Opelousas, Lousiana. According to family oral history, his father was from India, which is also indicated on his death certificate. He married Marie Adelene Balque. The family moved to St. Louis, Missouri, where they raised their children. After Adelene's death, George married Elizabeth Honey. George died 11 Dec 1948 in St. Louis, Missouri.
