MINNA WALDECK GAUSS was born on July 2, 1892 in San Antonio, Texas to Charles Henry Gauss and Lizzie Johns. Her family moved back to Missouri in 1895, living first with her grandparents in Columbia Twn, Boone County (1900 Census #137), and then in St. Louis and St. Charles (by 1906/09). She and her family lived in the Johns home (701 Tompkins [census 1910 #109, 1920 #312]). By 1920 Minna was teaching school. On October 15, 1930 Minna married Rev. Fred Lorimer Reeves (1898-1982). Minna (Reeves) died in January 1938[1] in Oklahoma (St. Charles Cosmos-Monitor 1/24/1938).
