Biographical sketch

MARY GOULDING FAWCETT was born on March 18, 1894 in Alexandria, Virginia to Edward Stabler Fawcett and Mary G. Hooff (Birth Records 1853-1911). She was still single when she died on February 15, 1948 (Elliot 1975; Lemons 1980:64).
