Dear Minna:
Am enclosing the little book and two copies of the memoranda of the trip to San Antonio in 1886, one for Lois. When you get ready you can send one of the books, I have to be busy part of this week, getting things cleaned up as Emma is coming over from Beaumont the middle of the week. Not for long though, she is on her way to Austin to see relatives there too. In about 10 days she takes off for four weeks in Europe. She is a very nice person, very sweet and pretty and kind. She has not had much fun living with Jack and the only thing I can say about him is that he is a hard headed Johns man, but she has stuck at it.
Please let me know about what you think should be deleted, I am going to try to copy them even if it takes all summer but we shall see. They all have to be gone over first.
Please send the book the cheapest and safest way you can as I know it must be rather heavy.
We hope you both are well and all send love,
Florence
