Dear Theodore
I recieved your favor of the 18th ult about three days ago. we ware very mutch Surprised to heare from you -- I had just heard a few days before I recieved your letter that aunt Gee was dead. We all lament her death very mutch & feal that we have lost one of our best friEnds we ware very mutch Surprised to heare that She left us part of her Estate & we appriciate it very mutch. you requsted me to let you Know our ages I ware 34 years old the 14th of last December, BranSonia will be 31 years old the 7 day of April next, Curtis will be 28 years old the 30th of July next. Robrt will be 25 the 17th of next october. Keys will be 19 years old the 15th of next June -- as to Keys part of the money he will not be of age for 2 1/2 years yet as he has no legal Guardine we perfere you to Keep it unttill we can have one appointed for him whitch we will doe as soon as possable.
Keys is not heare & has not been for twelve month he is in the employ of George Ames who is a nephew of aunt Jurucie Fawcett.
Keys post office is Del sio Kinney Co Tex he is not far from whore uncle Keys Kept his Sheep in the years 1868 & 1869. As to the way we four that is of age wish our money are New York exchange BranSonia & husband & R M Fawcett wishes thair check to be maild to South river Side to Gonzals Co. as to mine & Curtis Send it to Cheap Side Dewitt Co Tex. I will Close for this time hoping to heare from you Soon. the family Joins me in love to you & all the Conection
