Lexington

Lance T. Burke of Wolfeboro, N.H., 51, formally of Lexington, died unexpectedly Sunday, June 8, 2008.

He was born and raised in Lexington, graduating from Lexington High School and the Culinary Institute of America. He established The Professional Chef, a business that catered to private and corporate aircraft at Hanscom AFB and West Palm Beach International Airport.

Mr. Burke summered on Lake Winnipesauke his entire life where he established lifelong friendships. In 2003 he made Wolfeboro his home and established himself as a respected real estate agent.

Mr. Burke is survived by his father, Robert Burke of Lexington; Richard and Judy Burke of Newburyport; Janice Williams of Lexington and Tizzy Wood of Tuftonborough, N.H.; his nieces and nephews, Kaitlin and Richie Burke of Newburyport, Dean and Kyleigh Williams of Lexington and Kelly, Meghan and Haley Wood of Tuftonboro.
