Biography
Clifford A Burchsted and his twin brother, Kenneth, were born 19 Aug 1921 in Quincy, MA. The twins were bright and mischievous. Cliff enlisted in the military, 24 Jun 1942 in Boston, MA. He trained as a Civil Engineer. For most of his working life, Cliff worked in Oak Ridge, TN for Union Carbide. He was quite involved in the development of the nuclear power industry. He was a fine amateur photographer; I have thousands of slides he took. Cliff died in Apr 1983 in Washington, D.C.
